For anyone interested in air racing the NAG is a great source for up to date information regarding all racing classes - as well as a great group of people that share our common interest. Member benefits include the Bi-Monthly edition of "Professional Air Racing" - the official publication of the NAG which contains highlights of racing venues all across the nation as well as articles of interest, membership meeting times & locations, scheduled special events, air show/air race schedules and more. But I know you're still saying....

From Mojave. California; to Miami, Florida. From Mexicali in Mexico, to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan in Canada Volunteer members of the National Air-racing Group were there, judging, timing, flagging, keeping score and doing a dozen other behind-the-scene chores, helping to keep the air races on track

Other NAG volunteers can be found working at Air Race Headquarters with the NAG EXPRESS. Computing the final results after each racing event, the NAG EXPRESS will run as many as 1500 to 2000 copies of these results and distribute copies to each racing team in the pits, the announcers' table, the media compound and several other individuals as required, all within minutes after the race.

For more than twenty-years, volunteer members of the National Air-racing Group have been on hand to serve and support air racing events in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Florida, California, Mexico and Canada.

NAG members have also officiated at several NAA and FAI sanctioned world speed record runs.

Formed in the summer of 1974 by fourteen Northern California air racing enthusiasts, the National Air-racing Group has grown into the world's largest and most active air race organization, with some fifteen hundred members, scattered throughout the United States and several foreign countries A member of the International Council of Airshows, NAG, Inc., is a non-profit fraternal organization, incorporated in the state of California.
